Superchips' MAX Micro Tuners are the latest generation of handheld custom tuning devices. They are designed for '96 and newer Ford, OBD II - equipped vehicles and are programmed for stock vehicles or those with minor bold-on modifications, such as aftermarket cold-air intake systems and performance exhaust systems. Unlike traditional, generic off-the-shelf tuners that increase performance only at wide open throttle, Superchips' MAX Micro Tuners are calibrated specifically for your vehicle in 200 rpm increments, providing useful performance gains from idle to wide open throttle.

The Ford MAX Micro Tuner plugs into your vehicle's computer diagnostic port in seconds, scans the VIN# code and determines the correct program for the application and reprograms the computer. The results are astounding, increasing power up to 25hp and 39 ft./lbs of torque from your totally stock vehicle. Superchips' new DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) feature also allows you to scroll through ECU diagnostic codes to spot any trouble before you take your vehicle to the dealer. Easy plug 'n play installation requires no tools and the vehicle can be returned back to stock in minutes.

Note: Part #1715; is designed to be used on, F-150, F-250, F-350 trucks, E-150, E-250 and E-350 vans with loading not to exceed the manufacturer's recommended maximum load/towing capacity of the vehicle. Superchip's Inc. will not warrant the 1715 product when used on a larger truck, van, or any motor homes. The Micro Tuner #1715 will not work on 1996-1997 trucks with the 7.5L motor.
